One of the things that I value in my life is hockey. I started playing hockey when I was four years old, and never quitted. Before I moved to the United States, I used to play hockey in Russia. Hockey is my passion, and when me and my family moved to New York, I continued playing hockey in Brooklyn. I have attended a lot of clinics outside of the team to get better on the ice. I have been going to the gym to get stronger since I was 14 years old. I have been doing everything that I can to compete at the best level. As I continually got better, I moved from a Tier II team in Brooklyn to a Tier I team in New Jersey. I started off low on the lineup when I came to a Tier I organization two years ago, but moved up in the lineup as time went on and I got better by looking up to the better guys. I always complete all of my coach’s guidelines to show the best performance and move along my path to success. I set my goals high for the future as I would do anything possible to continue my hockey career in college.
