Joe LoBrutto '21 Recruiting Profile

I'd like to begin by introducing myself.  My name is Joseph Michael LoBrutto. Playing college hockey has always been a goal of mine. I started skating at age 3 and it has become my passion ever since.  I began my career with the  Wheatfield Blades Hockey Association as a Center.  I continued to play travel at the AAA level with the Wheatfield Organization until i was recruited by the Buffalo Regals Hockey Association.  I continued in the AAA division however I had switched my position to left wing a few years prior.  After completing that season with the Regals,  I made the transfer to the Niagara University Junior Purple Eagles at the Bantam Minor level.  In between those years I also played modified hockey for two seasons with the Starpoint Central School District.  I then moved up to JV where i recorded 36 points which was top 10 in the league. during the summer I played Starpoint JV Stars in between 8th grade and my freshman year.  This summer I played for Starpoint Varsity Stars, being the only freshman to having made the roster.  I then made my way to make Varsity as a sophomore where I led the team in points with 19 goals and 16 assists for 35 points in 20 games which also put me at 9th in the entire league in points. I am currently playing for the Buffalo Stampede of the USPHL Premier. I thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I look forward to hearing from you.
