My goal as a hockey plyer is two-folded as it ultimately is to obtain a great education as well as play the sport I love ta the college level. 

I first stepped on the ice at the age of four. Hockey quickly became my passion. The game has taught me the importance of teamwork, confidence, sportsmanship and leadership. While on the ice I identify myself as a team player. I am a hard worker and a hustler. I focus not just on improving my game but to also help my teammates and take that extra step.  I believe the strongest quality of my game is my ability to read the ice and my strong understanding of the game. As the defenseman,  I always look to open up the ice. When I step onto the ice I strive to play my best every shift. I am always try to play with heart.

In school I work just as hard as I do on the ice. I realize the importance of obtaining  a good education and that is why I study hard and maintain a high GPA.  It would be a privilege and a dream come true to be able to play hockey and obtain an exceptional education at an elite level.
