My name is Carter and I was born in Missouri but i have lived in Georgia, California and North Carolina because my dad serves in the Air Force. I started playing hockey in 2015 while we lived in California. At first I started playing forwards then I made the switch to goalie in 2016. I realized that being a goalie was one of the most important positions on the ice and there was no one wanting to specialize in that position so I stepped up. When I go to college I want to major in Nursing and become a Flight Medic. What separates me from my peers, I was willing to step up to support the team when I began playing goalie and I am willing to step up and take on challenges that others shy away from. School work currently comes very easy to me and i am looking forward to the challenges that collegiate level athletics and education will provide me.
