Personal Statement

I like to lead by example, support my teammates on and off the ice. I stay focused on my academics as it is as much a priority for my development, as my skills on the ice. I love the game and strive to push myself in advancing my level of competitive hockey. There is nothing better knowing I caused havoc and created a turnover/scoring opportunity even when I am not recognized on the scoresheet. It's something I pride myself on as it helps the team as a whole.

I love the daily grind of my current 5 days a week schedule; in the gym daily with a Strength & Conditioning Coach and the 1 1/2hr to 2hr daily ice -team systems/skills development. I almost enjoy it as much as game days. I just love the whole process of development.

Looking forward to showing my abilities in person.

Love to train and push myself. @ 12yrs old pulled 200lbs deadlift. Prior to 14th birthday I was able to do 208 lbs trap bar for 3x 10's. Train at home gym (fully loaded gym) and go to commercial gym when schedule allows.
