Since the time I was able to kick around a soccer ball, I have wanted nothing more than to play soccer at the college level and hopefully someday professionally. I have dedicated my life to soccer. I spend almost every waking moment building my soccer skills and ensuring that my body is in top shape. I am 5’11 and 160lbs.
I prefer to play Outside Back, Center Back or in the Central Midfield, but I am willing and ready to step into any position that helps my team.
I am confident that I would be a great asset to your team both on and off the pitch. My dedication and commitment to the sport is immeasurable. Soccer is not just game for me it is my life!
Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I would love to discuss your program with you and what opportunities you may be able to offer me and the opportunity to show you what I have to offer you and your program.

Letter of Recommendation
June 16th,2023
To whom this may concern,
I am writing this reference letter ni support of Lucas Pronik. I have had the privilege of coaching Lucas at Fort Erie Soccer Club from U9 Travel Soccer ni 2014 to U16 in 2021. When I began
coaching Lucas I was shocked when he told me in our first season that his goal was to play college soccer. Having played NCAA Div. 3Men's Soccer at Lancaster Bible College myself I was honoured to be tasked with the opportunity ofhelping guide this lad to reach his soccer dream. By age 1 Lucas was showing promise as a player and as a young man. He was always on time to training, never needed redirection for his behaviour and always asked questions to help him improve. By this age he had fully grasped the technical side of the game being able to use both feet with proficiency and was beginning to gain understanding of the tactical side of the game. The challenge I gave him at this age was strength. He had all the tools but time and time again I would see him lose 50/50 challenges due to lack of physicality. You could say Lucas greatest attribute as a polite young man was also an area of growth on the soccer field. Sometimes it can help to show grit and teeth on the pitch.
Fast forward to age 15. This is where I saw Lucas first bring it al together. Now 2021 was a challenging time due to the pandemic. He and his teammates had just lost out on a year of soccer due to the distancing restrictions and were thrusted into a shortened season with no offseason training due to these restrictions. This did not stop Lucas. During the pandemic Lucas had fully committed to playing soccer at the next level. Outside of the team Lucas had cut pop(soda) and sweets from his diet, would train his conditioning and bal skill on his own and participated ni weekly 1-2-1 training sessions to help grow his game. It was in this last season coaching him that I watched Lucas become a leader on the team. In a challenging season where we played up an age group and lost more games than we won, Lucas emerged as our leading goal scorer, played the mostminutes and could be used in virtually any position on the field, yes he even played backupgoal keeper as he excelled in goalkeeping training. He did this all while staying positive and making his teammates better around him. What I noticed the most is how Lucas had taken the feedback of getting stronger and tougher and completely infused that with his already polished game. During this season Lucas regularly out muscled opponents who were a year older and often coming out of challenges with the ball. He played without fear or intimidation and used each practise and game as an opportunity to get better.
After coaching Lucas I have continued to track his career as he continues to play New York
Flash Academy Soccer in Western New York. He continues to be a regular starter for his squad
and is committed to his goal of playing at the next level. I commend his discipline, IQ, and determination, but mostly who he is off the field represents who he is on the field. Lucas is the
oldest of 3 children; he has been to countlessdance recitals and girls soccer games cheering on his sisters. As a son he rarely misses school and excels in the classroom. He is well liked by
peers, teachers, and his friends parents and embodies what being an ambassador of the game is all about.
I was honoured to get to teach Lucas about my passion for the game and honoured again to get to
take part in another step of his college soccer journey. I think any program would be happy to have Lucas as you are getting a man who is a hard working teammate, a great ambassador in whichever hat he's asked to wear andmost of all a good steward of opportunity who doesn't take life for granted.
Sincerely,
Jesse Fraser
