Hello, my name is Kaden Katz. My goals and aspirations are to play lacrosse in college while studying to become an environmental scientist with a minor in Spanish. I am a hard working student and athlete who has a love for lacrosse and the spirit of the game. I also love to volunteer within my community and overseas. I volunteered in the Dominican Republic rebuilding sports facilities in underprivileged communities. This experience opened my eyes to the problems we are facing in the world today and is driving me to make a change. Every summer I spend time working with younger lacrosse players during their day camps and tournaments. This experience allows me to give back to younger athletes who share my love for the game. While on junior varsity I received MVP for lacrosse and basketball my freshman year. During my junior year, I received an Honorable Mention All-Conference Award along with the CHSAA Academic Team Championship Award. I challenge myself by taking honors and AP classes while playing sports, and I have a 3.3 GPA. I would be a good candidate for any college lacrosse team because I am a hard working and committed team player that has a true passion for the game.
