My goal is to row for a top level DI program and continue to be a member of a team. I would like to major in history and if I ever get the chance, to serve our country eventually in the US Navy. I naturally fall in line, follow the rules, and am a obedient teammate. I am self motivated and work hard athletically. I care a lot about others on my team and do not need to be in the spotlight. As a student, I like to think of myself as a late bloomer, because I have imporved myself academically, socially, and athletically. I attend a large high school and it took me awhile to adjust to the workload and environment but I have hit my stride and feel more confident juggling my studies, workouts, and commute. Personally, I like to be there for others and to make sure everyone is happy. I am proud of the school I go to and the fact that I row for my school and not a club team. School spirit is very important to me and I like feeling that connection.
