At the moment, I do not yet know what I want to major in, but I would like to take a variety of classes to discover what I am passionate about.
I am a good candidate for this team because I am hardworking on and off the court. I have been able to balance playing both high school/club volleyball and basketball while maintaining a steady GPA. After my own practices and homework, I go to the gym to improve my skills more. This past fall as a junior, I played my second club volleyball season with an 18/1's team. I wanted to challenge myself by playing up to learn from more experienced players. We qualified for Junior Nationals after placing third place in the Far Westerns tournament. I am a very coachable player who receives criticism well, and I do my best to learn from my mistakes.
I am a leader for the teams that I play for. I rally and motivate my teammates when we are down. I always keep a positive mentality and play hard until the finish.
I also treat academics seriously with the same intensity as I do with sports.
