Michael Lesofsky '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal for college is to the best rower I can be and also be at a school that challenges me academically. I believe I exemplify strong qualities as a leader because I never back down from a challenge, yet I am always working hard to connect well with my teammates. I am competitive on the ergs and in the water. I strive to work hard and be as fast as I can. I also encourage my teammates to be the best they can be so we work well together. 

I am constantly trying to make the days of others a good one by smiling and always showing respect.  My coach,  Mitch, comments many times that if I am not smiling, it must not have been a good practice! Academically, I am in AP and Honors Classes. I am excited about the challenge and look forward to doing well.
