Taylor Sillars '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to go to a high-level business school, most plausibly looking at a finance and/or accounting degree. I am a multi-sport athlete who has been successful in high-level soccer (Provincial Champion in 2018), track and field (BC Summer Games and BC Highschool Provincials multi medalist), and volleyball (silver medal at 2018 Provincials).  Not only would my skills, attitude, and effort as a player be beneficial for a post-secondary soccer team, but my years of competing under high-pressure scenarios have allowed me to develop a relaxed and focused mentality during enduring challenges. I am an extremely hard worker both on and off the field who shines at winning balls in the ground and air and has great field vision going forward. Besides my academic goals, I am willing to do whatever it takes to play post-secondary soccer, so I would be very willing to begin my university career on a development team and eventually work my way up if your school offers such programs.
