I am an outside back from Carpentersville, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois and play club travel soccer with Chicago Alliance FC. I am a Senior at Harry D Jacobs High School in Algonquin and last fall I was the starting center defender and a team captain of the JV soccer team. Unfortunately, our high school soccer season has been moved to Spring 2021. I have been playing soccer since I was 7 years old and travel since 9. I have been playing for my travel soccer team, Chicago Alliance, since I was 10 years old. We placed 2nd in the NISL Premiership Regionals 2018. Unfortunately we were unable to play the NISL Regionals June 22-25th, 2019, in Libertyville, IL because of weather cancellation. Even more unfortunate our entire spring 2020 season was cancelled due to COVID. My travel team is limited to internal practices and inter-club scrimmages for this fall at this time. We practice during the week and scrimmage every Sunday. I am a passionate defender who will contribute wherever my team needs me depending on the game and opponent. I aim to shut down the opposing team's best forward. Please contact my long time coach, Scott Walz. I have a full AP schedule for this school year and all my transcripts are uploaded. In middle school I was a super honor roll student nine quarters in a row and a member of the Beta club. I received the President's Award for Academic Excellence and the Presidential Fitness award at Dundee Middle School in 2017. On May 8, 2019 I was accepted to become a member of the Jacobs High School chapter of the National Honor Society. In 2015 I earned a 1st degree black belt in TKD. I am an Eagle Scout. I started scouting in first grade as a Tiger scout. Through scouting I volunteer for my community and am able to help my fellow scouts with their journey. I have been a band member for 6 years and play the saxophone. I wish to study computer science. I am extremely passionate about technology. Ideally I want to attend a academically selective school where I can study computer science and be an asset on the field contributing to a team to the best of my ability. Thank you for your consideration.
