Soccer has changed my life. Since the day I could walk, I’ve been in the great outdoors kicking a ball around. Never as a young boy did I expect to fall in love with the beautiful game, and even end up pouring my heart and soul into it, but here I am. Most people who say they love the game could tell you the same thing over and over regarding how they started and on to how they developed. However the leadership I present myself with, I feel is the reason I’ve stayed with the game for so long. It's about being able to meet those who care just as much about the game as you and bring those who don’t, up to you to the best of my abilities. Without leadership, it truly is just a game, but with true leadership present, people learn to truly play as a team and respect one another. That’s where I feel I separate myself from the rest on the field. The little time that I spend away from a soccer ball is spent on school, which I feel is another gift that I've had since birth that I don’t intend to waste. A team can never have too many guys who fight with everything that they’ve got for every second they get. For that reason, I’m a great fit for any team.
