My name is Dionisios Lourdas. I am Junior at Fordham Preparatory School located in Bronx, NY. I play as a midfielder for Metropolitan Oval Soccer Academy, NY,
I believe through hard, consistent and methodical work I will be able to meet my potential and fulfill my dreams to play soccer in the collegiate and ultimately at the professional level.
Playing as a center midfielder requires a clear understanding of the tactical formations. I enjoy capitalizing on my passing, shooting and dribbling skills. Soccer is a team sport. Inspiring, leading and guiding my teammates are traits I purposely focus on and continuously display on and off the soccer pitch.
As I continue on my soccer and academic journey, I am excited about the future. Staying humble and focused while capitalizing on my coach's guidance and suggestions is my blueprint towards success.
I am aware of the challenges and sacrifices required to succeed as a college athlete. I am determined to invest the required time and effort to fulfill my goals.
