I'm a rising senior looking at college options for the 2021-2022 school year. I have always been a motivated student athlete, I have a 4.0 GPA in the rigorous IB program at The Brooklyn Latin School which was recently rated the 10th best high school in New York and 59th in the country (https://www.usnews.com/education/best-high-schools/new-york/districts/new-york-city-public-schools/brooklyn-latin-school-13410).In terms of soccer, I am a starting striker/attacking midfielder with both my club team (Soccer Stars United, Comets) and my high school team where I am captain, and have consistently been a top scorer and playmaker. I think my greatest assets from a soccer perspective are that I am extremely coachable and deeply passionate about the game.
As a person, I’d like to think of myself as social, witty and easygoing. I have a large and very diverse friend community that I have built over the years through my participation in everything from drama, musical performance, community service, to summer employment. I enjoy mentoring others when I have experience to offer, and learning from my instructors and peers. In the future, I would like to pursue a career path that allows me to have positive social impact.
