Since I was a little kid, soccer has been at the center of my life. Through all the struggles, all the family issues, and all my injuries, soccer has been my outlet, a way for me to release all my energy, have fun, and engage in a physical activity. I knew since I was little, that I wanted soccer to be part of my future and thats why at the age of seven I promised myself that I would make it to the highest level possible wether thats playing in Europe, or playing in the best colleges. I believe myself to be a good candidate not because of any extraordinary skill set that I posses, but because of mentality and my passion for soccer. I think I am a good candidate because even if I might fail I will pick myself up and not give up until I succeed. That philosophy has been with me as played for different teams, and the main reason why I've been the captain of every team I played for. I think I'm different from everyone else because I understand that I can't rely solely on soccer to carry me through high school and college, which is why I've always put a great amount of importance on my education and made sure my grades were top notch. In terms of character, I would say I'm humble on and off the field, but I am not a pushover, and I am very competitive. I will push myself to the limits to make sure that I am the best, and I will keep pushing myself to make sure I stay the best.
