I'm training to compete at the highest level of my potential. I have self-discipline, and work with my teammates to achieve the success we strive for together.
I work hard to improve my PR at every meet and am proud that I improved by 18 seconds in my 1600 this junior year, finishing the season with a time of 4:20.75 after coming into junior year with a 4:38. I also improved my 800 time by 9 seconds over the year and unlocked my potential as a two miler or steeplechaser near the end of my outdoor season
I plan to train this summer to improve my cross country times, but also to reach my full potential for indoor and outdoor track.
I desire to run in college because I love running and love being a part of a team that seeks to be successful.
