My goal is to one day create a business in the field of exercise science. I enjoy everything about exercise. I feel like a lot of what is important about fitness is not taught in public school. I want to learn more so that I can start a business to improve fitness for people. This ties into who I am because I love self-improvement and this plays itself out on the soccer field. For example, this year I was a captain of my soccer team. I played in the center of the field for almost 80 minutes per game. What makes this significant is the fact that I used to sit on the bench when I was on the JV team. I lacked physical strength and endurance but I had the talent and skills. I decided to put in a huge amount of work in the off season, building strength and endurance, while also refining my skills and attending training camps. This ties in to college because regardless of how much playing time I get in the first year, I will put in the work to become a better player, and you can count on this if I end up on your team.
