Aidan Hallinan '23 Recruiting Profile

I am Aidan Hallinan, a current junior at Cornwall Central High School. I hope to attend a school which will challenge me both on the field, and inside the classrooms.

I currently play at Hudson Valley Select Soccer Club, a premier soccer team which plays in EDP North Atlantic I. As a captain of the team, I primarily play central midfielder (6/8), but I also tend to fill in as a center back or eft back. On the high school level, I have started every game since I was a sophomore. As a sophomore I played a mixture of left back and center mid, helping my team to become Section Finalists. This year, as a junior, I played all season as a center back, but moved up as a central midfielder when needed. I consider myself a very technical player, who is able to distribute the ball very easily, but also a physical player who can win tackles and challenges all game long.

In the classroom, I am a very hardworking and dedicated student. All three years of high school I have achieved high honor roll. This year I was inducted into the National Honor Society, having over a 92 overall average. I place within the top 10% of my class level.
