Personal Statement

Aside from my intention and goal to be a Captain in a Division I, II, or III soccer program, it is certainly my goal to be an integral part of our team's success by always putting the team goals first.

I have a very  clear understanding of the game and can envision plays before they actually happen.  I encourage my teammates to stay positive and provide advice when necessary and welcomed by a teammate.

I never settle for my current skill level/performance in anything that I do.  I'm always looking for manners in which to succeed in every single possession and understand that pressure on the offense will force them to make mistakes in which our team could capitalize on.  In regards to my education, I understand that I am a student first, then an athlete.  Without academic discipline, I would not be able to be successful as an athlete.

Events

  • Camp/Event
  • Franklin and Marshall College ID Camp
  • 10/20/19 to 10/20/19
  • Great experience as I learned how to be able to position myself correctly to be able to play quicker. I also learned how to move quickly on transition whether it was on defense and winning the ball back or counter-attacking on offense. They also gave a tour of the school and had a seminar about the college process which i thought was very good.
  • Camp/Event
  • Wake Forest Summer ID Camp
  • 7/16/19 to 7/18/19
  • Very high level of competition and very intense training sessions. For 7v7 we came in first out of the whole camp. For 11v11 we won 1 game and lost 1 as we only played 2 games. For both games I was a starter as a center midfielder. An amazing experience to play with players from around the world and country. Learned how to play even faster then I have before, react to certain situations quicker, and learned to play smarter and better with pressure and tight spaces.
  • Camp/Event
  • Syracuse University Summer ID Camp
  • 7/06/19 to 7/09/19
  • Great level of competition and very intense soccer sessions which I liked. We played 5 11v11 games and with those games I had 4 assists and 1 goal. We had 5 7v7 games, in which we came in second. I had 3 goals and 4 assists. I was a starter for all games as an outside midfielder.Learned to play with more confidence, play faster and smarter. My evaluation was very good and had a very good experience at this camp.
  • Camp/Event
  • Syracuse University Spring ID Camp
  • 3/15/19 to 3/17/19
  • Great competition and really nice players that I met at the camp. The staff was very friendly and helped me improve my game. I learned on how to move the ball faster, how to maintain possession longer, and movement off the ball. It was very organized and I can't wait to go to the Summer ID Camp.
  • Camp/Event
  • Global Premiere March Madness College Showcase
  • 3/08/19 to 3/10/19
  • Great competition, I was a starter for two games out of three. We lost 2 and couldn’t play our third game due to weather conditions.
  • Camp/Event
  • UCA Winter ID Camp
  • 1/13/19 to 1/13/19
  • Extremely competitive/challenging, the coaching staff was very interactive in giving positive feedback. It was also a very well organized camp and I'm very hopeful to attend to the summer ID camp.
  • Camp/Event
  • Just Play Elite I.D. Camp
  • 12/09/18 to 12/09/18
  • The camp consisted of drill stations, multiple 4v4 mini games, and 2 full-sided games. During this session, I became more knowledgeable on how to keep the game going in a quick pace in order to force the opponent to make mistakes and capitalize in taking more shots on target.
  • Camp/Event
  • Clarkson University Soccer I.D. Camp
  • 10/28/18 to 10/28/18
  • Great experience and played a new position in which I ended up liking (holding mid).
  • Camp/Event
  • Colgate University Northeast Soccer I.D. Camp
  • 7/06/18 to 7/08/18
  • Great experience, learned a lot and applied what I learned in a game, and I knew what the collegian level was like. My team also won the camp tournament that summer. It made me a better player mentally and technically coming into my high school season.
