Dean Mitzel-Artale '21 Recruiting Profile

Seeing all the more skilled and talented players on my teams throughout the many years, influenced and encouraged me to work harder than I did before, to not only build my skill, but to build up my self confidence going into bigger and tougher games. Another thing that influenced me, is my interest and compassion in the sport. I enjoy soccer, as I have been playing the game since I was eight and would love to continue my career throughout college and possibly after the college level as well. Throughout the years I was playing soccer, I learned that I am hardworking and independent because I would spend hours a day practicing mostly alone trying to improve my skill and ball control.

Throughout high school and college, I hope to train to get faster and stronger to increase my abilities on the field. Another goal I would like to accomplish throughout the years of high school and college is, to get good grades and do well. I'd like to work harder academically to show not only the importance of soccer in my life, but to show the importance of education in my life as well.
