Leonardo Rodrigues '23 Recruiting Profile

hello, my name is Leo Gondos, and i'm 17 years old, i started playing soccer when i was 6 years old and when i was 8 years old i went invited for play Futsal for Sao Paulo futebol clube and i played Futsal since 8 years old until 14 years old, i went champion for Sao Paulo of State league and Paulista league, and i went play for Alianca FC and i played Paulista cup, copa ouro and other leagues, and then i went back to Sao Paulo and we went play in Portugal Torres Vedras and we were champions, in 7 games i scored 6 goals and i gave 5 assist in this tournament, and 2018 i come from Orlando FL for play Disney cup  and i went champion, in 2019 i also went champion in Disney cup, through this we were invited to play the Word Futsal championship, i was the captain there, but we stayed in 3 place, i already travel to a lot of cities to play in different leagues where I gained a lot of valuable experience in these years. when we were in pandemic, i received scholarship to play for Black Rock FC which is associated with the USL 2 Black Rock team.  Black Rock Fc is a team that focuses on the sports and academic development of young soccer players in order to obtain university scholarships and enhance the career of its players. 

I am an attacking midfielder that likes to get up and down, I am good on the ball, I focus a lot on my positioning and my distribution. This year I have played as a 10, 8, and a 6 when some of our players were hurting in a 4-3-3 and a  in a 3-4-2-1. I am extremely comfortable in all positions and I believe this shows my versatility.

It is my dream to play soccer professionally and getting into a good college is just another step to achieving this. I do this not only for myself but to support my family and friends finically and create generational wealth for my kids and grandkids
