Jonathan Rios '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jonathan Rios. I am a Junior at Harding University High School in Charlotte, NC. I am the Varsity Soccer Team Captain and I look forward to someday playing professional soccer. I grew up with the sport and I have played it all my life, I am in love with the sport to say the least and since I was young I have always dreamed of playing someday at the highest level. I have always strived to be the best in my sport, practicing on days off, going to the gym, playing at 100%, anything I could do to become better each time I stepped on the pitch. I put my all into everything I can because I see myself as my only competition. 

I am a flexible player so I am able to play multiple positions but I do mainly stick to the Midfield. I would say some of my strengths are my Leadership, Determination, Technique, Passing, Vision, Decision-Making, and Endurance. My weaknesses would be my Speed and Agility.

I am a highly efficient and determined student who is always looking for challenges. I have high grades and am involved in some programs at school. Currently, I have a 3.625 GPA and am ranked in the top 30 of my class of 2024.
