My goal as an athlete is to stand out from other athletes. When I train and play I give everything I have all of the time. I try to demonstrate my character day in and day out and I strive to be a better student, athlete, and person in general. I will give my best effort and maintain the same work ethic no matter where I go or what I do. I want to be a player and student who stands out from others. I strive to keep my grades as high as I possibly can and I push myself in both school and soccer. I want to be a top-class player, and I know it takes hard work and dedication. I will give that hard work and dedication to my coaches, the team, my schoolwork, and anyone I come in contact with on a regular basis. My school varsity soccer team finished second in state in the 2017 season, where I was a regular starter and a leader on the team as a freshman. I received All-State and the MVP Award at the Spring Sports Banquet. We finished first in the state during my 2018 season in which I served as captain during my sophomore year. I received All-State and was named MaxPreps Player of the Week for Week 4 for the whole state of North Carolina. My GPA at that time was 4.67 with all honors courses. I have also been elected as class president for the 2018-2019 school year and was nominated by my classmates for the homecoming court. In my u15 club season my team finished first in our Division 1 league (undefeated) and advanced to the Premier level. We competed in the Kepner Presidents Cup State Tournament and won first place advancing us to the Regional Presidents Cup in Greenville, SC. We won Regionals and advanced to the National Presidents Cup and placed third in the nation for our age bracket. I look forward to a successful Premier League Season with my club team! As of the fall of 2019, my travel team began competing in the US Youth Soccer Piedmont Conference Premier II Division. During my senior year of high school soccer, I was named captain for Hickory Christian Academy men's soccer team where we made to the quarterfinals of the state tournament.
