I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. I played many sports as a young kid, but no other sport made me feel the way soccer does. When I'm out on that field, it feels like nothing else matters in the world. Soccer brings me immense joy and happiness. This is why I have decided to dedicate myself to play soccer at the next level. It will take lots of time, hard work, and determination, but I know I have the assets and characteristics it takes.
My most notable strengths are my speed, physicality, aggression, work ethic, and leadership. I am known for my strong work ethic; I’m always giving 110% every time I play, regardless of whether it’s a practice or a game. During my sophomore year, I won the team hardhat award - an award given to the hardest working and most dedicated player on my high school’s team. Teamwork is something that is really important to me; as a leader, I always make an effort to build relationships with my teammates and coaches so that the team can perform at its best.
