Omar Nossair '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Omar Nossair and I am a determined soccer player; who gives his best effort all the time in everything I do. Soccer has been and always will be my passion. I’ve always strived and aimed to do well in school and have had my eyes on playing soccer at an academically focused reputable school since I was a young boy. I currently play for the London Whitecaps U17 OPDL boys; as a U16 player.

My goal is to work on myself and set myself up for the future by making smart decisions and educating myself on everything I can. I strongly believe I can achieve my goals and make my parents proud by focusing and giving my everything especially when it comes to school and soccer. I am a competitive aspiring soccer player and student. I have the mindset that I will, and always outwork others; and that if I have a goal in mind; nothing is going to stop me.

I’m different from others since I’m a loud and uplifting person; and will always set the tone for where our mindset should be. I always bring positivity and motivation to a team, as well as I try to make friends with everyone and create good bonds wherever I can. I am extremely passionate about the sport and grew up always watching games and having a ball at my feet; and I will continue to practice and improve to stay at the top of my game. I am extremely strong and confident on the ball; I have great passing and ball distribution, and am an assertive loud player that will take the lead if needed. As well as that, I’m a year younger than everyone in my grade; which just motivates me to work even harder to outmatch all others.

I am extremely fortunate to have such an opportunity which means I will not take it for granted, and will give my best effort to make the right decision and make sure whoever took their chances on me as a player and student is content with their choice.
