I started playing soccer in third grade and instantly loved the game. I love the hard work soccer requires, and the friendships I've made playing soccer. I love the tactical aspect and how a team can come together, even when down, to win a game and celebrate together. In my ninth grade season I tore my ACL in my left knee. I worked very hard over a nine month period doing physical therapy and rehab to strengthen my knee and help me come back stronger than before. I have continued to work hard to keep my knees strong. This injury also helped me find my love of weight training and building muscle to improve the strength of my knee and my entire body. This injury helped me learn many lessons and helped make me the person and soccer player I am today.
