Gabriel Erb '24 Recruiting Profile

I am the third of five children, living in a rural farming community. I drive a 2010 Dodge Dakota Pick-up Truck that I bought with my own money that I saved from lifeguarding. In 10th grade, I  began lifeguarding and worked as the only high school student as a guard at McDaniel College. In the summer, I also guard for two pool management companies. I am an extrovert existing among introverts in both my family and swim family. I have been swimming for MAC since I was 9, the boys on that team are my family, and my coach is an excellent role model and mentor. I am looking for that kind of family atmosphere in my college team. I am a people collector who uses my charisma to organize gatherings and events for my swim friends. The relationships I have developed as a swimmer are among the most important in my life, and I want to continue to develop those relationships in college.
