My name is Kaua De Assis, and I am writing to express my deep interest in joining a college swim team. I am not just a dedicated swimmer but also a committed student with a passion for criminal justice, Swimming entered my life just over a year ago, and from the moment I dove into the pool, I discovered a love for the sport. It started as a challenge for me and quickly transformed into a journey of self-discovery and personal athletic growth. From the day I started swimming, I always wanted to be the fastest, so I always tried to keep up with the senior captains. Today I am proud to say that, even with my short time in the water, I have shown great improvement, which shows my dedication, discipline, and love for the sport. My decision to pursue swimming in college is fueled by my being so competitive since I was a little kid. I love all the excitement of swimming. Swimming has become a source of joy, discipline, and resilience, and I am eager to contribute my skills and determination to a college team.
