Like many swimmers, I’ve been working on improving my skills and enjoying this as my primary sport since age 7. I swim for Aquajets and my high school team, Breck. Both of these teams have high-performing swimmers to include Olympic athletes and with that, best in class coaching. Breck is one of the best schools, academically, in Minnesota.
My times, as you review them, will show continued improvement with this year, especially, showing a breakthrough. I believe I have room to continue to progress and want to be part of a program that is tied to an academic institution that is also challenging. My parents have focused on life balance and that is primary to me….family, giving back to my community(part of the Breck school program), athletics(all about the team) and academics. I love to excel at individual events but get very excited and pumped up about the team events and about contributing to team success. Of note, my high school team has won state 5 years in a row and is set to win again this year. I have been on varsity since 8th grade and am one of the top swimmers on the team,
I look forward to learning about various schools, their culture and to engage in a conversation about the potential to be part of a school’s swim program. I have room to grow and contribute.
