Brendan Lu '22 Recruiting Profile

I've been swimming since I was 5 years old. When I went to my first competition I knew that I wanted to swim for high school and in college. It would be an amazing opportunity if I could swim at the college level. 

I am a very competitive person and I never like to lose. I am a team player and I encourage my teammates during their races. I always listen to the advice my coaches say to me and I always try to implement their advice into my swimming. 

In school, I always participate and help my classmates. I volunteer at a local swim school to help teach swimming to adults and kids. 

I want to attend a college where I can push myself to the next level in the pool and in education. I am open to all of the options and I ultimately want to find the right college for me. I believe that I can become a role model for my peers and others.
