Hello Coaches! My name is Griffin Garnot, I have been swimming since I was 7 years old. Ever since I was old enough I have swam competitively, starting smaller teams and then moving into a competitive year round team that has been honing my ability to swim and work hard in all aspects of my life throughout the years. I’ve always had a love for swimming and would like to continue swimming in college. With my swimming career I have learned time management and how to dedicate my life to success with both academics and sports.
