Preston Luong '23 Recruiting Profile

I started swimming for my neighborhood around 7 years old and absolutely loved it. I then swam competitively at Swim MAC from 2014-2016 and focused on great technique and body position. I decided to lessen the amount I swam when I came to Evolution Aquatics until 2018 Summer where I decided to pick it back up. Since then I have reignited my passion for swimming.  Freshman year I helped bring my Highschool team to Regionals where we placed 16th.

I attended a rigorous Magnet School for Middle school and High school where I found my love for Science and Math. It has prepared me not only academically but also mentally. 

Swimming is now an irreplaceable part of my life and I attacking training head-on. I love challenges that test your physical and mental capabilities. "Improvement is only achieved in the last reps"

 I hope to bring my love for swimming, academics, and a great attitude along with me to college!
