Swimming has been a part of my life since I was 12. Since committing to swim, I have spent over 20 hours a week in and around the pool. It has been a unique and essential part of my life. It has taught me many valuable life lessons about commitment, perseverance, and relationships. This sport requires maximum effort 24/7, a challenging but vital learning task. I am so grateful for everything that swimming has done for me. Due to its rigorous nature, I have had to change all facets of life, including dietary, sleep patterns, and physical work beyond the pool. My goal is to keep improving every time I touch the water. I strive for greatness, and I will not stop trying until I get to the top. I am also a great student! I work as hard as I can in the classroom and have always been an all honors student. I go to a unique school called Legion Collegiate Academy which gives me the opportunity to take all dual enrollment classes. I have 36 hours of college credits and one AP class. I work for an Italian Ice company called Sunset Slush. Plus, I am a lifeguard at two local YMCAs. I also volunteer at a local Fire Department in my free time when I am not swimming or doing schoolwork.
