I'd be a good candidate for your team because, I not only work hard, constantly trying to improve my times but im learning and striving to be the best I can at a sport I love a lot.  As well as understanding what it means to swim hard and great.  What makes me different from other recruits, is that I was self taught and this is only my third year swimming competively and my times have gotten better signifigantly better each year.   I hope to be apart of your team sometime soon.
