Personal Statement
Hi Coaches! My name is Anthony Oglesbee. I am a Senior at Denison High School. I am extremely interested in playing tennis at the collegiate level. I give 100% on the courts whether I am competing or working on my skills. I am highly motivated to improve myself academically and athletically. I have been playing tennis for 5 years and it has become a huge part of my life. I compete regularly in high school matches and UTR tournaments. Prior to tennis I played baseball for 8 years.
I am planning a career in healthcare. I am quite driven to succeed in my major and I am certain tennis will be a part of my daily life. I hope you consider me as a candidate for your team! I am looking forward to speaking with you soon
