Personal Statement
I am a Junior at West Anchorage High School in Alaska, and I love to run. Track season is my favorite time of the year, and I want to keep it that way during college. I have been making steady progress every year and I am excited to compete and improve this season. My main events are the 400m and 800m, but I also run cross country. As much as I value sports, academics come first, and I have a 4.67 weighted GPA for the first semester of my Junior year. I am a hard worker and I am extremely dedicated to what I love. I look forward to experiencing what collegiate track has to offer!
