My name is Kendall, and I am deeply passionate about track and field, particularly the 800m. I embarked on my track journey as a wide-eyed freshman in high school, and from the very beginning, I fell in love with the sport. Track has been more than just a hobby; it's become an integral part of who I am. The lessons I've learned through running go far beyond the track itself. The essence of hard work, the camaraderie with teammates, the bonds that last a lifetime, the sportsmanship, and the importance of teamwork are what make track so special to me.
Joining the track and field team at my high school was a pivotal moment in my life. It opened doors to a world of self-discovery, resilience, and pushing my limits. There's nothing quite like the feeling of pushing myself in and out of practice to run faster. The dedication, discipline, and desire I've developed through this sport have shaped me into the athlete and person I am today. As I look ahead to college, I am eager to continue my track journey, to set new personal records, and to contribute my all to a college team. I am ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities that college athletics offer, and I hope to become an invaluable asset to your program. Thank you for considering me as a potential member of your team, and I look forward to the prospect of continuing my track and field journey at the collegiate level.
