- I began S and C after I fractured my fibia. I started with me walking around in the gym with a boot on. 3 years later I am still working out at s3 Training Center (https://www.facebook.com/S3TrainingCenter/) when I am home from school on breaks.
- Charm City Run Cross Country Summer Camp
- 2 years
- Meet 3 days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Tuesday and Thursday nights are 2 hour practices and Saturday is the long run. The camp assigns each athlete a summer training program to prepare them for the XC season.
