This past year (my junior year) was my first year ever doing track. I really excelled and enjoyed it!
I jumped 6'6 in the high jump this year as my personal best, and I know I can do much better once I get the techniques down.
I won the Cape Ann League Championship Title, I came in 2nd in the Division 2 Championship and I finished 7th overall in the MIAA All-State Championship.
I had only ever played football and basketball leading up to my junior year, but for my senior year I am stepping away from those 2 sports to focus all my time, energy and effort on track.
Although I currently have a 2.7 GPA, this past year I made the honor role all year and had a 3.2 GPA for this year. I fully intend on focusing my efforts to academics for my senior year so I can improve my GPA as much as I possibly can.
