If there was one thing I could let coaches know about me, it is that I am committed. As a senior, my goal every day is to improve myself more than the day before. Whether it be a huge mechanical change, a slight mental note after a race, or a new stretch, I found that becoming a better runner than the day before leads to consistency and over time a more well-developed athlete. Looking back on my years of running, I'm glad about all the changes I've made to myself and realizing that failure is part of the process. For my future, I look to take these mindsets to any college that wants to give me a chance and see how I can grow and flourish within their program.
