Hello,
I have been running since I was around 6 years old and have received the interest to run more professionally (at least at the college level) more within the past few years. I love running, and I know that running in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life with meeting new people, benefiting my running career with benefiting my academic life as well.
I believe that I have an amazing finishing kick and am hard at training all year-round. I am a leader and try to teach my team new things about the sport as much as I can. I find myself an excellent person on and off the track as I love learning about the core values of running, with also finding an enjoyment in learning about the mind, body and everything else that comes with academics.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also volunteer at local races and am currently a member of my schools National Honor Society.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself on the track and within the classroom. I am open to almost any option and want to ultimately find the right college for me.
