I most enjoy the longer, 300m low hurdles. I started working with a private coach through the summer of 2018 and I hope that 2019 spring track season will see better form, faster speed and more attention to detail over the hurdles. I also run 110m high hurdles along with 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 relays. I have been a two-sport athlete the first half of my high school career as I earned a varsity letter in football as a sophomore. My junior year, I chose to step away from football and train with the cross country team to stay in shape for spring.
I'm a musician - playing the trombone in both the high school band and wind ensemble and I play the piano. Academically, I'm leaning toward majoring in a math or science related field.
A unique fun fact about me: I have a twin sister.
