Personal Statement
I am a Senior at Vandegrift High School where I am on the Varsity Track Team. I specialize in the 100m (10.97), 200m (22.28), and 4x4 (48 split). I also run the 4x100, 4x200, and the 4x400. I recently participated in the 400 (DMR) where I split a 49.50. This year I also began teaching myself to triple jump (PR 42”-3) with almost a foot PR every meet.
When I'm not running track, I'm focused on my studies to prepare myself for college. I love learning about Automobile and the process behind it. I believe that hard work pays off, and if you start something, you should see it through.
I'm looking for a college that will challenge me both Academically and Athletically. I’m looking for a coach and team that I can connect with on and off the track.
