I have always dreamed about playing a sport in college. For a while, I thought it was going to be basketball that I would pursue, but then I fell in love with track. In college, I want to train and get faster while studying to get a degree in Business.
What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I work hard and I'm coach-able. I wake up at 6 am every day and go to the gym to do off-season training before school so I will be in pristine shape for the upcoming track season. I also take school very seriously. I am in two AP classes and in a Honors band. I know how to prioritize my time to study and get my homework done while also balancing a job and training.
What's different about my character is that I'm respectful to my opponents. I respect the hard-work that my opponents have put in to get to the same place that I've gotten and I always congratulate them at the end of a race.
