I strive every day in order to not only improve as an athlete but also as a setter. I do my best to get along with teammates and increase team morale. As much as I am hard on myself to improve in game and in practice i do my best to stay calm and collected. As much as self improvement matters, volleyball is a team game and the team needs to work as a unit. I feel as though my strengths are hard work ethic and dedication and my serving. Other aspects are in the decent/average/could work on category but I'm ready to take it to the next level and become the best athlete and teammate I could be.
