Volleyball is the first sport I found in my life that I truly had a passion for, and it has been that way for three years. After two years of JV volleyball and club, and one year of varsity, I feel like volleyball is something I would like to pursue into my college and young adult years. No matter the sport, I have always been a coachable player, and a team player as well. I am challenging myself by going to different camps this upcoming summer, that way I can get a glimpse as to what collegiate volleyball is like. I feel as if collegiate volleyball will be an excellent way for me to contribute to something bigger than myself, stay in shape, and form friendships. Volleyball is to me as math is to my Algebra teacher. It is my craft, and I think about it throughout every single day, both things I love about it and things I would like to improve on.
