Personal Statement

My name is Will Brewer living in Burlington ON and my High School Graduation year is 2024. My goal is to find a home to achieve a business degree in sports management and get the opportunity to play on any OUA, ACAC/CCAA, NCAA Division I/II Men's Volleyball team.

Currently I'm playing Division 1 Tier 1 in the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) as a starter left side hitter (L1) with Halton Hurricanes. I was selected to play with Team Ontario in 2022 season. This past high school session I was selected as Halton Region All Star.

Throughout my life I have always enjoyed playing volleyball and look forward to working hard to be selected for university athletics. One of my favorite players right now is Sam Cooper, OH for McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario. Any chance I get I'm in the McMaster gym for training or watching Sam play.

The Volleyball Canada Youth National Championships are the premier domestic, national event for the Canadian volleyball community. Volleyball athletes from across the country, including girls and boys age groups, 14U to 18U, hit the courts to battle for national glory. VC is excited to introduce a new, nine-day National Championship event in 2023, hosted in Calgary, Alberta. 16U girls and both 17U and 18U age groups play across three separate tournaments at the Olympic Oval and the University of Calgary.
