Personal Statement

My name is Noah DeLong. I am a strong student with a good work ethic in the classroom and on the court. I hope to study history in college- it is my favorite subject. I am passionate about volleyball. While I am newer to the sport (I lost a season due to COVID), I am learning and growing everyday. I seek out opportunities to play and get better. I volunteer my time to help at my schools youth volleyball camp, I help with the girl's team at my high school and I play for Prevail Volleyball Club. I am coachable, responsive, smart and I have a positive attitude. I was awarded the "Most Dedicated Player" award by my coach last 2 years and Outstanding Camper at the Princeton Volleyball camp this summer. I hope to someday be on a team that wins a NCAA championship. I also play soccer, sing in choir and enjoy spending time with my friends.
