Ever since I was 9, water polo has been a huge part of my life. As soon as I jumped into the pool and started learning about water polo, I immediately knew this was the sport I wanted to pursue at the highest level. I am a big guy, and as a result I have a lot of strength at my disposal to wrestle in the hole set position, but I also possess a powerful shot, and, I am told, unique agility for my size. I'm very coachable -- I strive to be the best version of myself, physically and mentally.
In school I work as hard as I do in the pool, trying to maintain at least a 3.5 gpa while taking AP and Honors classes. I'm looking to join the Student Forum in my Junior year because I consider it a significant way in which I can help my peers at school.
I am seeking a college where I can play at the most competitive level possible so I can continue to improve in every aspect of my game while learning about opportunities in the medical field in school. I like an environment with strong sportsmanship where I can be a resource to my teammates; I aspire to be a role model for younger players and somebody that they can come to for advice.
